We welcome you to join us at your home away from home, where the country meets the scenic coast of Maine.
KML offers comfortable deluxe motor lodge accommodations and is open May-October. The Lindsey family has been accommodating guests at the motor lodge for over 3 decades and is one of the last original family owned and operated businesses in the area.
Our 13 unit lodge preserves the classic Maine ambiance that originally made this coastal town a destination and is just 1 mile from the sandy beaches and the heart of Kennebunkport. This quiet tree shaded hideaway keeps our guests sheltered from the hustle and bustle of town. Located across from the historic Kenneth Roberts Estate, the Lodge overlooks 60 acres of tranquil fields and the wildlife that inhabits it.
We are just minutes away from Kennebunkport’s main attractions including miles of scenic beaches, historic landmarks such as Walkers Point and Goat Island Lighthouse, chartered ocean tours, unique shops and nationally recognized dining options. Whether you need a restaurant recommendation or are looking to fill a free afternoon, Rachel Lindsey and her brother Bob are pleased to share their love of Kennebunkport with their guests.
Lodge facilities include a seasonal pool (June-Sept), and a large backyard with grill, fire pit, yard games, hammocks and picnic tables, complimentary Wi-Fi, private parking and a light continental breakfast from 7am-11am every morning.
Our large back yard is perfect for hosting weddings, reunions, tented parties or group events.

COVID-19 Protocols
Kennebunkport Motor Lodge reminds our guests that they stay at their own risk. KML has taken all CDC, FDA, USDEP, and recommended measures to keep guests, staff, and our community safe.
- Extra masks and hand sanitizer will be made available to guests in the office.
- Effective May 24, 2021 fully vaccinated people do not need to wear face coverings indoors. There are no physical distancing requirements on public indoor and outdoor gatherings.
