Unwind poolside after a day at the beach!
Wood is provided for the fire pit and fuel for the grill. KML offers beach chairs, and beach/pool towels upon request. Ice is available in the office, Complimentary WiFi is available for all rooms and a printer is available for guest use in the office. Parking is private and off-street. Coffee and pastries from 7am-11am
Pool
Relax in our pool and enjoy our poolside lounging area. Poolside chairs, tables, and umbrellas are available for guest use from 8am - 11pm. Pool towels provided.

Fire Pit and Grill
Our peaceful, over sized yard provides the perfect setting for star gazing while relaxing after a hard day at the beach. Enjoy a fire in one of our two fire pits. Picnic tables, benches, Adirondack chairs, firewood, hammocks, and gas grills are available to all registered guests. Enjoy a game of horseshoes, corn hole, or badminton under the stars.
No-Pets, pool, smoking rules and fees
NO PETS!! PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED
Unfortunately we longer will be accepting pets in our guest rooms.
If seen with an animal in the rooms.The cleaning fee starts at $250 and you will be asked to leave the property.
Pool Use And Rules
The pool is the property of the Lindsey family. They allow guests use of their pool from 8am-11pm daily.
-Guests have to read the pool rules and assume all risk and responsibilities when using the pool or poolside area.
-No lifeguard is on duty.
-No children under the age 14 are allowed in the pool or poolside without a parent or guardian present.
-Guests are responsible for any damages to pool or property.
-No running, yelling or rough housing within the pool fence line.
-No diving permitted.
-No glass allowed poolside.
Smoking Rules And Fees
No Smoking in any room!!
The Maine State law, smoking is no longer permitted on the guest walkways and front deck seating areas and must be 30ft away from the building . Guests are invited to use our fire pit and grill area as a designated Smoking Area. We also have benches where you may smoke overlooking the scenic Kenneth Roberts Estate.
Smoking/Cleaning Fee $250.00
A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to any guest found to have smoked in their room. Please clean up after smoke and be curious to others.
